We were finally able to install the new to me Dana 44a or Dana 44HD same thing. This one originally came with broken 4.56 gears and Locker which I am unsure of the brand but looks to be a Spartan Locker. We had my buddy John fix the gears for me and replaced all the internal bearings. He also replaced the seals along with some new American Standard 4.56 gears. Next item on the menu is Axle Shaft Bearings for the rear. As for the front we will need to weld on the Trailforged OTA Trackbar mount, replace the Wheel...

So we check Chris' Jeep to find what is the cause of his death wobble. We found 3 potential issues. First being the upper control arm bushings, Second is the Drag link ends, Third is the Track bar seems to have a little more play than what is normal. We will be replacing the ends soon and track bar is getting the Trail Forged Treatment.

Over the Weekend we helped Wilbur install a 3 inch Iron Rock Offroad Lift Kit on his Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ. The process took about 4-5 hours not including clean up. The IRO Track bar is amazing!
